01Context

A team that periodically evaluates the quality of its members’ work and needs criteria to be explicit and comparable across supervisors.

02Problem and previous workflow

Evaluations lived in separate spreadsheets. Each supervisor kept their own copy, criteria drifted, and consolidating a period required manual work that left no trace.

03What was built

Eva3 defines the criteria once, applies them to every evaluation and keeps the full history. The configuration belongs to the team, not to each person’s file.
