    An operation running accounting, inventory and staff on separate systems needs a single place to check the state of the period.

  2. 02Problem and previous workflow

    Each area kept its own source of truth. Cross-checking vouchers, inventory and payroll meant consolidating by hand, and there was no record of who changed what.

  3. 03What was built

    A modular platform —CRM, projects, tickets, finance, accounting, HR, payroll, inventory and reports— with a dashboard summarising the period and an audit log recording every action with date, entity and user.
